sunnys0stars Ok, this is what I think we should do. I am going to decline the separate and then you can bundle them. Here is how to bill a bundle. Select the item you want to buy. Click the 3 dots in top right corner select and to bundle. Then pick next item and go back up to 3 dots in right corner and select add to bundle. Put in combine offer.
