hi!!! you recently purchased the storybook eyeshadow and i was wondering what was damaged. i took special care to bubble wrap that and i can assure you when i sent it out it was not damaged. thanks!

all I did was took it out of the bubble wrap opened it and brimming color went everywhere and the pallet was almost empty
