kimberlyleeanna @das4911 I'm so sorry to hear that and completely understand - accidents happen. Is there any way you could cancel the order at this point, allowing you to try to sell the bag again? I know something small shouldn't bother me, but I have OCD, and anything "wrong" with the bag would be all I could focus on and prevent me from using it. If you're not able to change the order now, I understand.
