@silverlady1986 yes you might can. Today was the first time I was on here and sonehow ended up with over 7 orders of the same products. How can I stop them. I already was charged in my bank act.

On your posh app go to support center,To cancel an order, please go to the order screen and tap on Problems/Order Inquiry. The next screen will allow you as a buyer to cancel the order by selecting Order Delayed and a full refund will be issued to you. send e-mail poshmark as well, do this as soon as possible also go to the person the order went to and tell them not to ship out because this was a mistake, I'm sure they will do everything they can to help you. let me know if this helps.

Have you tired to send a message to the person that your purchase was from tellin g them that it was a mistake, do all the orders go to the same person? and you should be able to go to your orders and cancel from there.

@kziegeler well don't worry, this was a mistake and if you told the seller that and not to ship out, they should not. Are you on a tablet or phone. I use a tablet so I don't know if your phone app is set up the same as a table. Go to my purchases, and order activity, that should let you cancel. Go to guide to poshmark, see instructions there for help.

Go to your kziegeler logo or your picture and click on that then go to poshmark support center and email them and give them all the information and they will take care of it. You will need to give them the seller name or logo.

Kimberly, this is Peggy I tried to help you last night with your purchase that got mixed up, did you get that resolved, I hope so. When I first started on Poshmark I accidentally purchased something, but I got it taken care of. The sellers on Poshmark are normally very good about helping out if something goes wrong. Peggy

I am so sorry that this has happened to you on your first day on Poshmark, but if you have sent a message requesting them to cancel the order and do not ship out and if you have emailed poshmark filling them in on what happened, you will be fine. If I can help you with anything else let me know.
