Hello Kim - I just read your message and I’m so sorry for the mix up on my end in packaging. You are so correct, I did package the wrong size. This was 100% honest error. I just contacted my niece and she grabbed the wrong product box. I’m not sure how the top was off? I did package this myself. I will contact Poshmark and have them give you a full refund. You can keep the product for the inconvenience. Please accept my sincerest appologies. Thank you! Michelle

Good Morning Kim, I did message Poshmark Support and let them know what happened and asked to give you a full refund, including the shipping cost you paid. I explained I would like to gift you the product that was sent for your inconvenience. Mistakes happen but this is a first for me. I received a message back this morning from customer support and they would like you to contact them so they can process the refund. My sincerest apologizes once again. Michelle
