Hello Ma'am thank you for your purchase. Just wanted to let you know that your package is ready for shipping, unfortunately the post offices here in our area are all closed due to inclement weather. I am located in Texas and we are affected by the winter storm (which is not usual in Texas).
I tried today but the post offices in our area are all closed. I will go again tomorrow. Very sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

Hi. Thank you for your order. I like in Houston where 3/4 of the city is without power and roads were impassable until today. I printed labels at my sisters office which was the only place with power and a printe, packed by candlelight and drove to 2 post offices. They’re all without power and closed. I’ll try again tomorrow. I’ve lost cell service so I’m sending this from a CVS parking lot.
