bhernndez I am so sorry for the inconvenience. 😔 this has never happened before. I had the palace pets in a bag i was going to get them ready to pack and ship for the next day, and my husband took out the trash and he thought the bag was also trash. 😭 he didn’t bother to look inside or ask. Again I am so sorry. 😞
