mj4au Hi @kimiekaykessell, I saw your note when you accepted the Chacos. The straps on Chacos are adjustable (I didn’t know that until recently); there are lots of YouTube videos that show how to adjust them for a perfect fit. mvolpend Ok Kim so I’m getting the pink scarf you bought from me ready to ship and I notice it has three small holes in it. I look my items to sell over very carefully so unsure of how it happened.
