victoriaroseco Hi! Sorry $13 is as low as I can go on that. It’s posted on Mer cari and shipping is only $3.72 vs $7+. So if you offered $9 here, I could do $12 there but not here because they take more fees here. I’d make $4 after everything on the $9 offer.
