apat411 Hi, I purchase shoes from you and you still have not sent them. It’s been almost 2 weeks. Also, Poshmark states they have been trying to contact you to get status updates and you haven’t replied. What’s going on?? If you don’t reply I’ll cancel the order.

keonlavar @apat411 hello when I accepted the offer I got a message stating that your payment info needed to be updated and I would receive the funds once the changes were made so no I didn’t send the shoes

apat411 @keonlavar yes but I fixed that the same day and Poshmark has been updated immediately. They also have been trying to contact you since to get updates. So are you going to ship them?

apat411 @keonlavar can you contact them please. Because it has left my account and poshmark is telling me that it has been received. If not it’s best I just cancel the order and move on.

keonlavar @apat411 I’ve message them. I’m waiting on a response. I have not one Notification from Poshmark stating that the payment info was updated and to proceed with shipping. So if you like you can cancel, I’m just waiting to hear from them sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. I’ll contact you once they contact me.

keonlavar @apat411 I’m sorry I didn’t receive anything from Poshmark saying that your payment info was updated and they have your funds so you can go ahead and cancel the transaction I emailed them I have yet to hear a response

Have you checked your junk or spam folder because I receive a response within 24 hours from them every time and it seems like you haven’t been getting any poshmark emails so please check your junk messages. I got a reply again yesterday from poshmark stating “

What I’m telling you is that I haven’t received anything from them stating that you payment info has been updated an to ship out. I don’t feel comfortable shipping and I didn’t get anything informing me that you have done so I’m sorry
