Hi there, you bought my dooney and Burke bag. Because you accepted the purchase before I had shipped it out, there is no option to download the label! I have emailed Poshmark for a new one. In the future you should wait until you receive your item to accept, wouldn’t want to get scammed! And once you accept, you can no longer dispute a purchase if seller doesn’t hold up their end. I will get this straightened out ASAP, waiting on posh to send a new shipping label! 😊

Hi there, Your bag is on its way, I left a comment above explaining that when you excepted the package before I shipped it the option to print the shipping label was gone and I had to email Poshmark to get a new one.

@sexzkatt the purse is on its way, I tried to contact you above, when you accepted the bag I hadn’t even shipped yet so the option to print label was gone and I had to email posh for a new one- this is what causes the delay, I am sorry for that but in the future you really need to wait u til you receive package to accept. Again I have tried explaining what happened several times, your bag is on its way, but can’t be tracked since you accepted already! It’s the week of thanksgiving and mail is pretty slow. I’m not sure how else to try and communicate with you or why your choosing to ignore my efforts to do so, but then keep adjusting your rating? I’d like to work with you to figure this out, but if you continue to change your rating on my page I will have no choice but to block you. Others can’t see your rating unless it’s 5 starts, so it makes no sense to do what your doing.

@sexzkatt trying one last time to communicate here...your bag was returned to me, I don’t know why, I received it today and repackaged it and it will go out again tomorrow. I included a card explaining all that ive tried to here, in case you haven’t been reading these. I see that you cancelled the order. Just keep the bag for the inconvenience, just a mix up from the start!! I hope maybe you can adjust your rating once you finally receive the bag. Please enjoy. Happy Holidays.
