@kss0222 Hi there, thanks again for your help and as a response to your nice note: I'm not sure this experience should give you reason to want to buy electronics over the internet :P But actually, it takes a bit of research, question asking, getting them to speak up so it's documented in case things head south. I think I actually prefer buying electronics over the internet rather than looking at them in person.

@kss0222 There are often issues with electronics that aren't always apparent on first look or first test. So it may look good at first then you get home to find out you gave someone money locally for a device that has some weird defect or it's battery drains quickly even when it's turned off after a few hours (yeah it's happened!).

@kss0222 In this case you have little recourse other than cursing them, but going through a website you can have multiple layers of defense in case a seller sold you something that isn't what they described. Again thanks so much, and I hope from here on out both our shopping experiences can go without a hitch :))
