Chico's is a Women's clothing store that sells clothing in sizing listed as 0-4. Listing clearly states it fits a size 12-14. Your rating is not fair due to you not understanding Chico sizing chart. I had everything clearly listed in the item description. You received exactly what you paid for. A NWT Chico size 2 top, fits size 12-14.
