collective_bee Hi there 🤗! You purchased one of my listings on the 8th - I shipped your bag on Tuesday, but for some strange reason it’s not tracking! I’m going to go up to my local post office in the Morning to try to get an answer as to why! It’s not uncommon for them to not track until they are “out for delivery” but generally the package at the very least shows “accepted”. I’m sorry — I will find out what is taking so long!

collective_bee @kelsullins hi there! I got no firm answer on your package. I do have a supervisor looking in to it for me as he remembered me dropping off the big boxes that day. I shipped four that day and three of them have already been delivered - and yours isn’t even showing it was dropped off. He said it’s possible due to the size of the box that it wasn’t scanned and will show up when “out for delivery”

collective_bee . I have had this happen before where the box didn’t show detailed tracking and then showed delivered, but it actually showed the date and time it was “accepted”. I’m hoping to hear back from the supervisor tomorrow. He said he is going to try to contact the local post office for your area to see if they are holding the package for any reason. I am so sorry about this —- I’ll get it sorted out. Thank you for your patience.

collective_bee @kelsullins your package had a 2 day priority mail label. The postal service has been running 1-2 days longer recently for priority mail I’m guessing due to the current situation, so you should DEFINITELY have received it today or tomorrow. I have also reached out to Poshmark to let them know the package is not tracking

collective_bee @kelsullins 🤨😐. So frustrating! I did notify poshmark again to keep them in the loop to get clarification on what we do at this point. All I can do is apologize - this has never happened to me before!!! Supervisor is waiting on a return call from your local post office - and it’s SO HARD to get anyone on the phone.

collective_bee @kelsullins I went in and filled out a formal “missing” notice this morning. I also messaged Poshmark to keep them in the loop. I’m frustrated so I know you have to be also. I don’t know how Poshmark will handle this - I don’t get paid until you receive your item and accept it. With it lost in transit I’m Not sure what to do. Again, I’m trying my best to get answers - and very much appreciate your patience and understanding

collective_bee @kelsullins - I think you should do whatever you are comfortable with. I did ship the bag, and am hopeful they will deliver the bag. Poshmark advised me to contact them after 8/19 if it is still not tracking. The bottom line is the bag should have been delivered by this time.

collective_bee @kelsullins you are sweet and I really appreciate that. I have never had this happen so I have no clue what to do. Poshmark said to wait until the 19th - informed me they are seeing lots of delays due to covid, but I just don’t think it should have taken this long which is what is bothersome. To top it off, multiple visits to the post office (YUCK) isn’t helping

collective_bee @kelsullins oh my goodness! I just randomly checked the tracking and it’s showing out for delivery today!! Shows label created on the 8th and out for delivery today! PLEASE let me know when it’s delivered 🤗
