Hi Kelly! I’m very sorry that you weren’t happy with the fur bag. To be fair; The width was in the description. The bag is clean, as seen in the pictures, so I’m not sure why ‘cleanliness’ was mentioned in your rating....? If there are scuffs, they must be on the bottom....?
