@aldailey13 Is there anyway you can make me another one the same one because when I open the package it didn't look broken but it broke when I try to put my name tag on it just fell apart and I really liked it I will pay the same amount for it if you can send me another one please I really need it for school thank you

Yes absolutely! Please do me a favor when I send the new one out please send me the broken one I will send the postage for that. Reason being that the beading that I use for the elephant is limited...give me a day I'll send it out..,

No you can send it back using posh refund due to broken. Don't pay for that. Or I can do what I said when I send you the new one I'm going to put inside the box postage included for you to send me the broken one I'll pay for that...

Sorry just getting off of work...put it on as a problem/return/broken they will send you a label so you can send it to me...I'm going to send you a new one As soon as they inform me (Poshmark) that's why I like it cause if you get something broken or not as described you get your $$ back....I'll add a gift for you....

Okay well we are one step ahead. So when they send you the label send back the broken one & you will get your $ back then rebuy the one I will post just for you & buy it again just let me know so I can make the listing... so sorry I normally wear them for several hours making sure the track is good on the retractable part one in a while this happens 😤 the makers of the retractable are mostly great then you get the bad ugh money lost ☹️
