cassaort I received notice to pick up my order ,however postage is due $5.09...not sure why if I already paid for shipping. Any idea why?

kaylawalkin @cassaort no I'm not sure, I sent it with the prepaid postage. I'll try to contact support. It's a bookbag so I can't imagine it being too heavy for the postage

kaylawalkin @cassaort it isn't giving me an option to print another label as it is saying I should in the support tab so how would you like to be reimbursed? Or would you like to refuse the item?

cassaort @kaylawalkin I have to send them receipt for additional postage I paid. A medium flat rate box was used and Ur not allowed to ship in flat and regional rate boxes.
