@bohogirly sorry. I am new to this and still trying to figure out this platform. The star is splitting where it meets the spring and the spring slides back and forth. But the more it moves, the more it sort of splits. I wish that I could send a video to show it.

@zorepham Ok. I commented on the cases. Poshmark needs to open a claim through the Post Office as it was damaged during shipment. This is a first for me and hopefully we here back soon. 🙂
