Hello Katie, I pulled out your dress to ship and the bag it was in had come open and the glue from the bag was actually on the dress. I tried to get it out myself but I've had no luck. I will take it to the dry cleaners tomorrow and hopefully they can get it out. I don't know if you are willing to wait longer for the dress or not. I do sincerely apologize and if you still want the dress, I'll ship it as soon as I pick it up from the dry cleaners. Unfortunately I will have to remove the tags
