katieb550 @anna_shop29 Anna, I have lots of questions... 1. How does shipping work? Does Poshmark send me something and I drop it for shipment? 2. What is a bundle? I have an offer for a bundle, but it looks like there is only one item in the bundle. I’m confused. 3. Is it typical to receive an offer for half the asking price? 4. How do we receive payment? Do we need to request funds or does it automatically pay so many days after?

anna_shop29 Hi dear, so sorry for the late reply, I'm at the doctor visit today. Just got a chance to check on poshmark. The buyer will pay for the shipping. Once they purchase the item, poshmark will automatic send you an email for the shipping labor or you can download it under the sale section under the item the person purchase. You can print it out at home.

anna_shop29 @katieb550 For a bundle: a bundle is more like an online shopping cart. It can be just one item or more. When someone add your item to their bundle, It not mean that they gonna buy your item but there is chance that they might buy it. You can either wait for them to buy it or make you an offer or you can offer than right away. I normally don't wait for the buyer to offer me. I will offer them my best price that I want to sell the item.

anna_shop29 @katieb550 If the buyer offer you too low and it not the price that you want to sell, you can counter back by click on the counter button then put the price that you want to sell it for. Poshmark will automatic tell you how much you will make for sell that price.

anna_shop29 @katieb550 Yes, it is typical to receive an offer for half of your listing price. I sometime recieve even last than half. (We call it a low ball offer) I normally don't decline their offer but will counter back my best price to the buyer. Some buyer will either accept it, decline it or counter another price back to you. However, for the item that they offer you half price, do you still make profit out of it if you sell it? Is it a NWT or used item?

anna_shop29 @katieb550 For the payment: Once the buyer buy your item, the money will be automatic taking out from their bank account but poshmark will hold the money. You will have to shipping to item to the customer once they receive the item, they will have to accept it so they poshmark will release the fun to you. They have 3 days to accept the item after it show deliver, if they don't accept it after 3 days, Poshmark will automatic release the fund to your poshmark account.

anna_shop29 @katieb550 once the fund release to your poshmark account, you can either request a check or direct deposit to the bank. I haven't request a check yet, but I normally do direct deposit. It took about 2-3 days process if it your first time. I been request transfer a few transition now and it work pretty good.

anna_shop29 @katieb550 You can check how much money you earn or have in poshmark under your account (my balance) section, It will how you how much pending you have and how much redeemable you have. Pending mean that poshmark still hold the money until the buyer accept your item. Redeemable is the amount of money that you can transfter to your bank account.
