charisbeautyco I noticed you filed a claim? Can you please tell me what is wrong? The pants you purchased were described and multiple pictures shown. I am not understanding what your claim is all about?

katietrotti93 @charisbeautyco I think there was a misunderstanding about the size.. the size listed was an XS and the pants said a size 3. I wouldn't have purchased the pants knowing so. I am a size 0-1 which is what an XS typically is.

charisbeautyco @katietrotti93 ok I am sorry, my listing said xs-sm in the description. I am a 3, and they are too tight. It's a UK brand and the size is UK 3 or XS.
