beitlerjl Hey there! I'm so sorry you're not happy with your order. I appreciate the feedback and in the future will take your comments into consideration. It's a fairly common practice to use modeled photos alongside product photos to show fit or style but I can see how that might confuse people about what they are actually purchasing. katiebrion @beitlerjl yeah but the modeled photo was a different color as well as with the green color. I wouldn’t have ordered the green shirt if I knew that was all I was getting. I don’t like that color! You really should have clarified. But I guess I should have asked.

beitlerjl @katiebrion I totally understand your frustration. Moving forward I will be rethinking my photos and layouts to better serve my Posh community. Just be aware though, there are many other listings with similar formats so it’s always a good practice to clarify before purchasing. We’re all human and make mistakes, some more than others (pointing at myself 🫣)
