cannoli23 @hillk0576 Hi Kathy! This is the MK Watch Girl, lol. I wanted to make sure you were aware that their was a crystal missing? That being said, i can give you the number, and info. to get it replaced thru MK. the cost came to $35. Just wanted to pass that info along in the event you were looking to do that. New Battery has already been provided which cost me $15. if you would like contact number you can call, and then they will email you a form for the replacement crystal.

cannoli23 @hillk0576 the number is 866-709-5677. listen to prompts for watches and then you will get a live person, give them the Serial Number- MK5412. and then you let them know you need crystal repaired and they will email you the form for you to fill out and the cost - which broke down so you know what to expect-$10 crystal. $16.50 labor.$8.50 shipping $2.22 taxes.
