Hi! Thanks for your offer. The dress is 29 inches. The color under the arms are not yellow, but more worn out. If you want, I can even drop the price to $10. I only wore the dress 3 times, but Zara is not always the best quality. I will make you an offer. Just want you to be happy with your purchase. The dress is as pictured.
