katsboutiquexo Hello. I have very sorry you didnt like the bag. I'm kind of mad that it only got one star. That brings my rating down pretty bad. My grandma gave me the bag she told me it was authentic. The strap was a little torn not noticeable but it was not ripped must have gotten ripped on the way. But anyways thank you for your purchase. I do hope you get some use out of the bag, real or not it is a pretty bag.
