nonna5x Thank you for purchasing the Langenburg basket. I personally took it to the post office Monday evening the 30th. I am unsure why it is not started to track yet. I have attempted to reach out to the post office branch where I took it but they do not answer their phone. I will keep you updated as soon as I get some more information. Thank you donna

nonna5x I finally spoke to a representative from the post office. He explained that they are very backlogged due to high volume and low staffing. He expects it will track in the next day or so. I am so sorry this happened. I have never experienced this type of delay. Thank you for your patience

nonna5x I spoke to customer service at our main post office. Please let me know if you receive the package. He stated that the barcode label could have been damaged and it will not track, but would be delivered anyway. Thank you
