katieryan03 @polkadots2plaid haven’t responded. I commented and tagged the buyer explaining the issue to her to see if there’s an alternate way to ship it but haven’t gotten a response. Hopefully you can help me with this! Thanks so much!

polkadots2plaid @katieryan03 hi! I would create a new email address with Yahoo or Gmail then update your email address to the new one on posh after that go to your sold item click on the item that has sold and under sales at the bottom there's an option for needing a new shipping label pick the reason that it has expired click on it it will ask you to confirm the email address you want it sent to make sure it has your new email address click okay and it should be there in the new email. katieryan03 @polkadots2plaid it won’t let me update my information to put the new address without confirming from the old address that I won’t to change it, and I can’t log in to the old address so there’s not a way that it will let me change it or verify anything through my phone number because my phone wasn’t linked with this account and it won’t let me link it until a verification code is sent to the old email which I can’t access

katieryan03 @polkadots2plaid yes! And they emailed me and said to send my order number and username to them and I did but still haven’t heard back!

polkadots2plaid @katieryan03 OK good they're working on it. When they get back to you again ask them if they can manually change your email address. It usually takes them 24 to answer so if they have already begun to answer that's good. Don't panic we have 5 days to ship and post offices were all closed today for veterans days. So you're good. 😊

katieryan03 @polkadots2plaid yes!! I am just waiting on them to respond one more time confirming that they have manually changed my email to a new one and then sending the shipping label to that one :) I will let you know when it is taken care of. So sorry again for this delay!
