somalley6 Hello, you purchased a Brighton cupcake charm from me. When I went to ship it this morning, the latch which locks it shut fell off. I took it into the Brighton store today to see if they could fix it for me, but they told me they had to ship it out. I wanted to let you know why I needed to cancel your order.
