It sadens me to see 4★ cause the coat didnt fit per expectation. I do my best to be as honest & descriptive as possible when selling, making sure its in good condition & getting it shipped within 24hrs. i was sure to label the coat based on the tag size. its out of my control how the brand chose to label their sizes. i think it was unfair to fault me on issues with the brand. Hope you have better luck next time, please keep this in mind before rating others based on the brand
