Select Problems/Order Inquiry
Select Cancel Order
Select reason for cancellation to complete cancellation
On the web
Select your profile picture at the top right of the page
Select My Sales
Select the order
Click Problems/Order Inquiry
Select Cancel Order
Select a reason from the drop-down menu
Select Submit

Maybe try contacting them. It says you can do it before you ship. I’m not sure why you’re having problems. I’m sorry to be a pain 😖. I know if you don’t shop for 7 days I can cancel. Here’s what I found. And I’ll try to reach out to them as well

How to cancel my sale

Select the order
Select Problems/Order Inquiry
Select Cancel Order
Select reason for cancellation

If your order has not been shipped after 7 days from the time it was purchased, you can cancel your order for a full refund.
