Hey Karen ~ Really sorry about the mix up. As soon as Posh delivers you a shipping label, will you please share that tracking number with me. They don't want to issue me a Label until I receive the item; I don't think that is fair for you to have to wait. If I don't hear back, I will just generate my own label for you.

Hi Karen, no, I'm generating my own shipping label as we speak. I was waiting to hear back from Posh to see if I could do this differently as I don't want you to have to wait so long for the Dress you paid for! I want to double check - you are in Naples, yes? The dress arrived today. Thank you. The refund from the return also showed up on my credit card today so I am not sure if Posh will recharge the purchase so you get your money.
