moosescloset Hi Karen, I am sad to read you are disappointed-I mailed your charm the same day purchased & it delivered in 4 days. The photos in the listing show the correct S925 ALE mark & exact photo how boxed except bag was under the insert when shipped. The bag is the one the charm came in & has correct part number for Enchanted Nature. I also have the sales slip from an Authorized Pandora dealer.
