I’m sorry you were not happy with the shipping. You purchased the shoes on a Saturday and the post office here closes at 12pm on Saturdays. The post office is closed on Sundays and I shipped it on Monday. Please reconsider the rating of a 1 Star. I do not feel that reflects the transaction fairly and brings my ratings down on Poshmark. Thanks.

@osorto05 hi you purchased the small Crossbody from me. I just received your rating of 1 star and comment that I need to improve on shipping time. You ordered on a Friday and I mailed the next day on Saturday. Unfortunately I cannot control the US postal system. Sorry you were dissatisfied. Geri
