@mayflower135 I have to tell you I have this same Premise blouse in medium so I assumed it would fit. Same fabric blend. I accepted it in Poshmark before trying it on. I tried it on yesterday and it is so tight I can’t get it on. I don’t know what may have happened to it but it’s definitely not what I expected. Just wanted to let you know

I'm sorry you're not happy with it. I honestly never noticed that it had shrunk. You can try reporting it and if it gets approved, I'll give you a refund.
