karenism Hi. I’m contacting you here to keep on track about the outfit you didn’t receive. I just wrote Poshmark and told them. Go to the purchase and select the outfit and select report problems and tell Poshmark. I sent them a copy of the receipt etc so they have all the info. If PO said they delivered Can you check with you postman and see what they say? I’ll keep Working on this. You need a refund if nothing else and they can’t find it.

karenism There will be several drop downs for you to select with the reporting. I believe they auto have info for the purchase when selecting but I screen shot an attach anyway to make sure. I’m so sorry. This is terry my frustrating for all. Especially you. Promise we’ll stay on it. 💜🤗

momma2texas @karenism I checked with the mail lady and she can’t remember if she delivered it. She said to call the post office. I am going to call tomorrow but not sure if there is a tracking number to use? If you do, please let me know where I can find it. I am not good at using this app for things like that.

karenism @momma2texas That’s so frustrating for you. I recd an email from Poshmark noting my complaint for you and they said to be sure you wrote to them as well. Have you reported it to them? Going to the purchases site click on this purchase and then go to the last selection and then go to the next option reporting lost package. I’ll get you the info for the tracking number. If you click on “receipt” under your purchases all the info will be there as well

karenism Hi. Have you had any word about your package or heard from Poshmark. Poshmark does guarantee if the package is lost to return your money. I hope they make this right. That’s one nice thing about using Poshmark their guarantee.

momma2texas @karenism I tried calling the post office yesterday four times and couldn’t get through to anyone. I am going to try again tomorrow. I sent Poshmark a message asking how to send a request for not receiving my package because I tried the way you told me to find it but I don’t have those options. I don’t know. I am trying but so far no luck.

Apparently, I packaged your order using the wrong box so I got the right box & repackaged it! I didnt want you to receive your box and wonder why the tape is all over the place on the front.I swear I do a better taping job lol But your Hocus Pocus Bundle is wrapped neatly & nicely inside 😊

momma2texas @karenism no they had nothing to say. The mail lady looked at me the other day like I was crazy and when I asked her she said she didn’t deliver any packages and then said she didn’t remember what she did or if she put any packages in the mail. Idk. I am just happy we have it!!!! Thank you again
