Hi. I’m sorry you aren’t happy with the hat. I strive for all my customers to be happy. I’m not sure what you mean by only one photo being accurate. The hat is photographed exactly as it is. The only photo that I may agree is off is the close up of the logo but that’s due to lighting. Could you please elaborate so I can make sure I improve my description in the future. Thank you

@mjm101699 hey I like the hat a lot but you just have two photos listed of a different style timberland beanie with a bigger logo on it. I used to have the same one and that's why I ordered it from you. you only have one photo of the actual beanie I got with the smaller timberland logo.
