Hi Justine! I just wanted to keep you updated on your order because I do track all of my customers orders to make sure that their items are delivered to them safely and on time✨ I’m not sure why, but your item has been forwarded by USPS. You were suppose to receive it on the 11th but for some reason it was forwarded to a different address.

@jtb779602 Hi Justine! USPS marked your item as a “ delivery exception “ which means that it’s temporarily delayed while it’s in transit. This is due to the shipping label being incorrectly addressed, a recipient was unavailable, etc. This will affect the time that it gets delivered to you. I would suggest that you get in contact with the post office since it is your address that USPS aren’t sure of. Have a good night 😊
