angcas31 I am so sorry about the smell! I have no idea what could have caused that. I wash everything with Gain and then that sweater would have been hung dry, steamed, and immediately put in a plastic bag. I feel terrible and pride myself on great customer service. PLEASE return the sweater for a full refund (start the process through Poshmark). No one wants a stinky sweater!

scrappiegirl Thank you for emailing! Maybe it wasn't all the way dry and it needed up having that wool smell? Or after steaming it was a little damp? Maybe that's what it is, can't think of anything else. I really appreciate you emailing. It's for my mom... I think I'll try dry cleaning it and see if that does the trick. Thank you for responding so quickly, I had to make sure it wasn't anything else!
