stylesbykaysmi Hey Julie! Happens sometimes with the packages coming smushed. That happened with an order received from another posher. This isn't my fault, the mail place can be super rough with packages sometimes. Do to this, I always wrap my items and place them in small boxes so they won't move around a lot. Top is authentic. stylesbykaysmi The material may make it seem like it's a knockoff - I did purchase this from INC and wore it once or twice - sold so cheap because I've had it a while and didn't need it anymore. I hope you can still use it. I try my best to keep my customers happy - sad to see that this didn't arrive how you expected it too! I feel so bad! 😔
