I'm just a buyer right now and my favorite things in a seller that will keep me returning to your closet are RESPONSIVENESS to questions, FAST shipping, SMALL packaging (I get some crazy size boxes for stuff... Let's be reasonable!) and UNSCENTED laundry detergent (I know the intentions are good, but wow!). I love J Crew, Lou and Grey, Sundry, and that similar "family" of brands.
