Also the email that was sent to me states that you have to mark that the TH tube top item was received that I shipped back to you. This has to happen before a refund is credited back to me. Have you done this? I too have never had any problems with items I have bought until now. Please let me know 😊.

Hey there! I responded to your message on the listing (for the Storehouse Flats) but I want to be sure you see this. To get the best deal on all 3 pairs of shoes, you should cancel the two orders, and then put all 3 pairs in a bundle and purchase that way. Not only will you only pay just one shipping charge, but my closet is set up to give you a 20% discount on 3 items. You will save quite a bit by doing it that way! I’m holding off on shipping to give you a chance to do that.

@jujubb123 Just clarifying that as the seller, I can’t make any price changes to your orders. I’m ready to ship the flats, but I’m waiting to see if you’re going to cancel and re-purchase. Please let me know if I can help in any way. As an alternative option, you can leave the orders as they are and I will include another pair of flats (black, size 8) that are very similar. They are Butterfly Twists ballet flats if you’d like to search them. Please let me know what you’d like to do. Thank you!
