seattlesale Hi. I just saw the problem that you encountered with the shoes. These were my mom’s and I know she barely used them. Not sure how or why the bottoms came off as they are known for their craftsmanship. I would hate for you to be unhappy with your purchase and will be more than happy to refund your money. I don’t need the shoes back as it would just cause a hassle. I think you need to file a case with poshmark and I will accept the refund
