lorawilliams It makes me sick that your record arrived damaged. I bubbled it to prevent just that. Have you filed a complain with Posh? I never have before, so don't know how to advise, but I would like to think that they would refund your purchase?! Especially if you can show them the pics of the item in the condition purchased vs arrived?
