You gave the purchase a negative rating, stating that it was no where to be found. Tracking indicates that the item was delivered, and that you have accepted the item. What seems to be the problem?

@bk_buys yea sorry if I pressed accepted that is my fault but they have not been received, they were shipped to my parents house and I go everyday to check and call as well but no one has seen anything, been trying to be patient but I just have no clue why they have not received them.
