bweight50 Hello. I’ve been trying to reach you regarding the incorrect jacket you received. The other girl has sent you the correct jacket and said it shows you’ve received it. She also mentioned you still have not sent her the correct jacket she purchased. I’ve contacted support again to try and get involved. I’m so sorry for this entire thing! It’s 1000% my fault but Posh has made it easy to correct. Is there a reason you have not sent it to her?

bweight50 I’ve tried to reach out to you several times as well as Posh. Would you please do the right thing and either send me the Blanc Noir jacket back or forward to the girl who actually bought it. She sent you the one you purchased! That is a $200 jacket you are keeping for free. Posh sent you a label. All you have to do is send it!
