Hi - you bought Sven clogs from me. I’m sorry they didn’t fit. But I listed the true size (39) and the said they fit size 38. I tried to warn the buyer. Poshmark automatically translates 39’to size 9. I don’t think it’s right that I got a negative rating when I was truthful and warned the buyer. Poshmark is more to blame on this one .
