Hello, I noticed the rating. The item was clearly identified as pre-owned with description and pictures were provided. Also, all pre-owned items are washed before shipping. I even double bagged the item for shipping. Not sure what more I could have done. Maybe the Buyer should ask questions? Thanks.

Jon, I was just checking on your purchase and I see that the USPS must have put your box on the wrong truck. This happens sometimes. They haven't totally lost one of mine yet. I am sure it will get there soon. I am sorry for the delay.
