piper1927 HI Joanne! I sent the Optavia lot of 207+ items out this afternoon. I noticed the shipping label said it was going to the authentication department? I'm not sure why. I emailed them that it is not designer lol and to ship it out immediately? you can email too if you need it soon. Both of us contacting them should help you get it asap. Sorry! Not sure why?
