Hello, I hope you had a happy thanksgiving. I noticed you gave me a one star. I wish you would have reached out to me about your situation because I have never had this to happen. I usually ship my items out same day or next. Unless it is ordered on late on a Friday. And if I can’t I always contact the buyer.

In this situation I shipped the shoes out the very next morning after they were ordered. I don’t understand why you haven’t received them. The system is showing me they were delivered. The only excuse I would have is the mailman perhaps possibly messing something up during this holiday season but I will try to dig into this for you because this is new for me to not have an item delivered.
