Hello there, please read the description on the shoes you just gave me a 1 star review on. I clearly stated they were marked a size 8 but ran small like a size 7.
I do not think your review was fair and would appreciate you updating it since I disclosed this information within the listing. Thank you very much.

@2nddibs @2nddibs hi. I saw that you listed them as a 7 because you indicated that they run like a 7. I relied on this information. Unfortunately, these are much closer to a true 8. They are huge on me. Cannot wear them. I was away traveling so I just received these today. I will not be adjusting my rating until I have this sorted with Poshmark support for a return.

And I even gave you measurements on them under your comment you posted on the item. So forgive me but I just don’t understand how you justify a 1 star rating on something for “item description” when it was absolutely described and noted….in the description. That is all.

@2nddibs you indicated they ran like an 8. They do not. Simple as that. Had I not been traveling I would have rejected these outright. I have written to support. If you’d like to assist with me a return proactively I am glad to update my review. These are huge. I cannot wear them. You also blocked me from replying publicly on the listing so only your comments are visible.

@jks1985 I stated they ran small to avoid this very issue from happening had a size 8 person purchased them since I am a 7.5-8 and they run small. I was being as honest in the description as I could have been.

You are not blocked. Poshmark doesn’t normally accept returns once item has been accepted and or for size. If they don’t allow the return you can reposh them using my photos.

@2nddibs the listing specifically says I am not allowed to comment on your posts when I attempt to reply. Given the situation, I am sure a refund can be arranged. I am not re-poshing them. If I need to, I’ll go directly to my credit card.

@2nddibs I have purchased many pairs of Patricia green recently via poshmark and have had no issues. I understand you were doing your best - I’m not questioning that. But it just wasn’t accurate and these are useless to me as they do mot fit my size 7 foot :/

@jks1985 I appreciate your acknowledgment of that. Since I’m a size 7.5 and they were too small for me and also basing it on heel to toe measurements I really did do my best to accurately describe them and give all the info and photos you needed prior to purchasing.
Just an FYI I also contacted posh support.

@2nddibs I get all that. Perhaps it’s a foot width issue. Regardless, why should the buyer be punished? These were delivered on the 7th. I left AM on the 7th for a trip and just returned his afternoon. I could not have tried these on to raise the issue any sooner. I think it’s fair to request a refund - I am a true size 7 and these simply don’t fit me.

@2nddibs There should be some safety net on the platform. Sometimes people are gone - and the three-day acceptance window simply does not work. I’m hopeful your message to support was to help facilitate a return. That would be appreciated.

@jks1985 As I expected, Poshmark rejected a return on my end so even if your credit card reimbursed you, I’d still reposh and double your money.. Again I reiterate….you are welcome to use my photos to relist them.. ✌🏼
